This is exactly what I was just wondering, as I grew up here and spent several beach weeks in OC. I would really like to know if that letter was a fake.

Please read the posts before yours that refute the PP’s false claim.

Anonymous wrote:After all that has come out in the past couple weeks, I have changed my mind about Dr. Ford and her testimony.

I have thought all along that she had a case of mistaken identify because of trauma she suffered as a youth.

I don’t believe that any longer. I now believe she is making it all up. Why did she do this? I don’t know. But, because she first revealed this in couple’s therapy, she may have been desperate for an reason to attribute her behavior to, and this was an easy explanation. And, as the lie went on, it became more complicated, but she went with the lie to save her marriage.

Just my thoughts.

From the moment her redacted letter was published, you thought she was mistaken about Kavanaugh but was right about Mark Judge? Or did you only think this after Kavanaugh began to float the idea of mistaken identity, after Whalen came up with the elaborate doppelganger theory?

I thought it from the moment she made her allegations and Kavanaugh proclaimed his innocence. Even before Kavanaugh said anything about mistaken identity. The Whelan stuff is crap.

But, not any more. I think she is lying. And, really good at it. I think her psychology training has helped with that.

So was the squatting President* leading a chant of “lock her up” about Dr Ford your bat (crap crazy) signal to take the gloves off and smear her like you’ve wanted to? I’m guessing yes.

It's real. Kavanaugh is a liar, a common trait of alcoholics.

Pp who posted this, do you have more info about where the letter came from?

It’s addressed to PJ; does that mean that PJ is volunteering evidence that BK is lying about the extent of his drinking, etc?

This needs to be in the media

Prolific pukers? while that seems to be true, that letter read more like a joke someone on the onion wrote. Also, the handwriting looks somewhat feminine.

The way it touches on all the buzzwords is more than suspicious to me. Just way, way too convenient. And still, no one - even the NYT - has said where this letter was found or who gave it to them.

That’s what I said upthread. I think Brock-Brett-Bart is guilty, but this is waaaaay too many things in one letter. I’m happy to be proven wrong, that it is real, but caution.

Completely agree. I'd like to hear the results of the FBI investigations - not the media's breathless attempt to do the "investigating" for them.

Trump, in a riff that has been dreaded by White House and Senate aides, attacked the story of Christine Blasey Ford at length — drawing laughs from the crowd. The remarks were his strongest attacks yet of her testimony.

“ ‘I don’t know. I don’t know.’ ‘Upstairs? Downstairs? Where was it?’ ‘I don’t know. But I had one beer. That’s the only thing I remember,’ ” Trump said of Ford, as he impersonated her on stage.

As Dr. Ford said - "the laughter, the uproarious laughter"

THE BEACH WEEK LETTER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY NONE OTHER THAN BRETT KAVANAUGH.

"Through his lawyers, Judge Kavanaugh declined to comment for this article, other than to say of his letter: “This is a note I wrote to organize ‘Beach Week’ in the summer of 1983.” "

From Senator Hatch’s Twitter feed:

A Utah man named Dennis Ketterer reached out to the Hatch office this week with information about accuser Julie Swetnick, and her allegations against Judge Kavanaugh.

His full statement made under pentaly of felony to @senjudiciary can be found here --> https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/press/rep/releases/judiciary-committee-receives-statement-regarding-swetnick-allegations

Check out Twitter. Ford may have scrubbed her social media presence, but he did not. He says in his letter— more than once— more than once that he was a Democrat who wanted to hire her to do Democratic stuff. And yet... his social media presence consists of him reposting literally ever Russian backed MAGA meme ever. And he was absolutely obsessed with a perceived Democratic plot to derail Gorsuch’s nomination (fact check: the nomination went very smoothly with no allegations against him). He is so far down the MAGAtt hole it is scary. Not a guy who decided to run for office as a Democrat. Plus, the full blown letter does not make him seem like the most stable guy. Certainly not the fling you open up to about being raped.

But hey— at least the SJC got to pull quotes about liking group sex out to slut shame her. Keepin it Klassy.

The English language is being crucified.

Not in the PP's post.

The only attack on the letter has to be that it is fake. Because if it’s true, Boofin Bart is not going to be confirmed. Fortunately, the Times usually vets these types of things. That’s why it is a more reliable source than other outlets.

Bart confirmed that the letter was real.

Just a little more evidence of perjury. Nothing to see here. He got into Yale Law School! And men are no longer safe in America. Women are banding together to take them down.
