Charlie Kirk shot at Utah Valley University

You can clearly see his phone in his front pocket. My son is a detective and they have this software that will tell you every single phone attached to a tower by the second. It should be trivial to isolate each cell phone IMEI to an individual then to filter by age and sex to get a list of names. I would guess quantico is already crunching this data and they will have a short list very soon. They will catch this guy.

To be fair, he had to blend in to enter campus that day. So his clothes don't tell us anything about his political beliefs.

Neither does his gun.

Maybe he dressed to blend in?

On a college campus and to get on a roof? No way, maybe if he was trying to get close. Regardless, Trump's speech means the FBI Director's job relies on the suspect being a transgender Antifa leftist.

since most liberals are anti-gun and don't believe in violence to solve political problems, it means a lot about his political beliefs or his mental health. there's no part of modern american liberalism that supports guns and assassinations.

And the bullet messages "blend in" a different way. I don't think these clues are going to give us much.

They might not because they fired everyone who used that exact method to find all of the January 6ers.

i'm no fan of trump, but kash patel needs to go. he didn't do his job, he's not doing his job, he embarassed himself, the FBI, the president by jumping the gun w/his tweets. find some other MAGA flunkie for the job.

and somebody said something about a 12 yr old doing it. However, CK's body guard was feet away and the shot was over many people's heads with cell phones held up. It's not the shot, it's the hit and that it didn't miss. That's why we know it was a pro and the bullet thing is a red herring.

Your claim is laughable.

Millions of Americans could easily have made that shot.

Drop your ignorant conspiracy theory and try doing an iota of research.

Yep. The shot was high and really not a good shot. Most hunters or military trained would have hit the chest. It was not a hard shot. A shot grouping at that range for an average shooter 3-4” inches and a good shooter is 2-3”. So this translates to an average shooter firing three shot which would all hit within a 3-4” circle at 200 yard.

I read one interview with an ex-sniper (miltary) and he seemed to believe the bullet was aimed at his chest but was deflected by Kirk's body armor under his shirt (you can see it more clearly when the bullet hits - the outline of the armor jumps out). With the deflection it went straight up into his neck. An already deformed bullet.

I have not spend a lot of time watching it but a lot of rifle rounds will penetrate body armor at 200 yards. If he was using high grade armor it would stop or deflect but he would be violating knocked down. The shooter was on a roof and shooting down. So if the bullet was deflected it would have gone down? The autopsy should show all the shit but I am being think it will never come out.

What is interesting in that (admittedly poor quality) photo is you can see his hands are clenched, which is what you’d expect from someone about to do what he did.

If he were some uber-assassin james bond type, he would not have done this, or anything which might draw attention to himself like that.

I predict they will have the killer identified, and hopefully in custody before the end of the day.

A “killer” will be identified, most likely post-mortem

Maybe a night club owner with a made up name will be so mad about Charlie’s death that he’ll take down the patsie, er assassin himself

Yes, again, simply posted to help ID a suspect. Don't make anything of the content of the shirt. Simply ownership.

Why are people here reading things into what they don't know? STOP.

Exactly. Military man...100%

Lol. Anyone with an hour of training could make that shot. You obviously know absolutely nothing about guns

Oy vey. Comparing weekend warrior deer hunting and target practice to a public assassination from a freakin’ rooftop reveals your lack of brainpower. I guess you’re also choosing to overlook the man who seemed to serve as a distraction so the assassin could flee the scene?

There are thousands and thousands of young men in Utah and the Mountain West generally who grew up hunting and shooting. It's not Bethesda out there. Most people know how to handle a gun. Besides, it wasn't a perfect shot. No one aims for the neck. He either went for a head shot and hit low. Or a chest shot and hit high. There is nothing remarkable about the shot or the distance itself in the context of Utah.

The neck is not covered with kevlar. Why would someone shoot for the chest covered with a kevlar vest?

No way. It isn’t just a matter of static range training. This was someone with a lot lot of experience, outside of a range and a used to many variables. Plus the confidence in their skills that would only come from experience
