Even if he killed people in self-defense, there is not one heroic thing he did. He’s still a dumbass kid who showed up armed, acted recklessly, and got himself in over his head because he was a reckless dumbass kid.

He put his life on the line to maintain law and order in a situation where the local authorities were too afraid to do their jobs.

So breaking the law is okay if your motivation is to stop other people from breaking the law? Was law and order maintained that night?

Have you been watching the trial? It's not even clear that his possession of a firearm was illegal in Wisconsin. In fact the Judge said the statute is incredibly and unclear and probably allows for possession but he will leave it up to the jury to decide.

I don't know if he broke the law. He should not have been there.

One thing for sure, he is not guilty of murder.

I expect he will be acquitted of everything but the illegal possession charge. I do not believe he will be a "nursing" student by Jan 1st. He'll spend the next 3+ yrs travelling the US as an NRA/Gun advocate at political rallies for the midterms and 2024 presidential races. He'll become enmeshed with the nra crazies and hate groups because they will pay him big $$$ to headline events. He will likely get in trouble again and have a short life.

You are agreeing with me that he was stupid and reckless, except you don’t get that a vigilante is the opposite of law and order.

Ah, here’s the person who posted that violent, vulgar, sociopathic post yesterday.

And apparently loves mob rule. I think this cements my thinking that some of the posters on this thread are indeed Antifa.

There is no Antifa.

Antifa does not exist. Nothing was burned.

This is not the violent mobs you are looking for.

The Government's #1 job is to maintain the rule of law. When law and order breaks down, vigilantism is the result. This whole outcome is the fault of local authorities who were too timid to impose strict lockdowns in the face of violent protests.

Anonymous wrote:He illegally obtained and possessed an AR. That is more than bad judgment. You want 17 year olds with illegal obtained firearms roaming the streets of the DMV at night?

Hahahahahahahahaha. Do you know how many kids 17 and even younger are roaming the streets of DC this very moment?

+1 Lawless imbeciles……a bunch of emasculated losers.

You trumpers are the emasculated losers. Running around with military high-action weapons slaughtering people at a protest for justice.

Torching a bunch of businesses and wilding is a “protest for justice”?

Drivers keep speeding on my road and the police won't do anything about it so last night I went out with my gun and pointed it at the drivers as they were passing. When one of the drivers pointed their gun back at me, I shot them. I'm a hero!

Now do the high school dropout with no medical training and no legal right to carry a gun who decides he's a vigilante cop-slash-medic

Notice to all the democrats on this thread: if you haven’t been watching the actual trial and you’ve instead been watching mainstream media for your information about this case, you are not getting correct information. And you honestly sound really foolish trying to argue with people who are watching the actual trial.

If justice prevails next week, Rittenhouse will be acquitted of all charges. That’s from someone who is not a gun nut but has been watching this actual trial.

Some of us have jobs and responsibilities that prevent us from watching eight days of live trial testimony, but you do you.

I wouldn’t waste your time on posters too stupid to understand the difference between protestors and common criminals.
