Why is Blake Lively so overrated?

Then later she clutches the pearls that HIS dialogue was sexualized harassment? It’s all laughable. She’s a shameless lying schemer.

The heck?
What reason would BL have to "scheme?? She's already a bigger star than JB. There would be nothing to gain by her.

Harvey’s girl is an old has-been. She was hoping to segue to hawking merch to flyover state proles but since nobody likes her, that fizzled out.

You write your constant, repeated, troll, misogynistic posts with such hate, I suspect nobody likes you in real life and nobody will mourn you one day. Please get help.

I think she's probably good. She's married to an A-list and doesn't need anymore money.

Not pp but I think you need help. Just because someone has a different opinion than you or you don't like what they are saying you think it's appropriate to say things like "no one will miss you" with such rage on an anonymous board. Some introspection on why that is might benefit you.

Being married to an A-lister and having money clearly doesn't guarantee happiness. People drawn to that field want constant attention, validation and power. If they didn't, they would step out of the limelight instead of trying to hang on even when their time is up.

Anonymous wrote:I know reading is hard but they contend one of Baldoni’s claims CANNOT be factually true.

“In Baldoni’s filing there is a claim that Reynolds pressured Baldoni’s agent at the Deadpool & Wolverine premiere. This is not true,” the agency said New Year’s Day in a statement. “Baldoni’s former representative was not at the ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ premiere nor was there any pressure from Reynolds or Lively at any time to drop Baldoni as a client.”

Np. So? And? Of course they will claim that. It doesn’t make it true. They have no obligation to be truthful in a press piece.
They would not assert it as a fact if easily disprovable, own lawyers would not allow and would be a disaster business wise. If not at the premier, alleged conversation did not happen. Wonder how well Freeman vetted his client’s claims?

Not everyone requires attention though. Look at Rachel McAdams. She has worked a lot, very successful. I don't even know how many kids she has or her dh's name!

Agree, about Rachel McAdams but Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively appear to want the limelight.

It's interesting that Blake is being defended here but totally slammed on TikTok after Baldoni published his texts with her. I wonder what's a better gauge of public discourse on her right now. Obviously that's her (and Baldoni's) top concern.

The people slamming her have some pretty vile and repulsive views of women.

I feel like Tik Tok is pretty 50/50 right now. I'm seeing a lot of videos from lawyers that are not really taking a side that are quite interesting.

Legal case is what matters, rest is noise.

Yes it might be, but not taking sides is still a deviation from the stance here on dcum. I am probably getting fed the anti-Blake videos because I watched the ones from a couple months ago that attacked her by playing her previous interviews--especially the one with the foreigner journalist.

My tik tok is pretty anti Blake. Lots of videos mocking her for saying the beanie made a particular outfit sexier. Lots of interview clips of her where she comes off as condescending. People saying they knew she was the problem from the start when she began the press campaign saying it was a rom-com, and “bring your girls in your florals”. Very funny tik tok talking about her superbowl antics last year. Many saying she is a “pick me” girl, and her lies were revealed by his complaint.

Nah, if they are going to dish that misogynistic BS out repeatedly (and they have had many horrible posts at this point), they need to undertake some Ebenezer Scrooge dose of reality, thinking about where that leads from the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.
