"Space requested by For-Profit organizations will only be granted if it
is a sponsored PRCS program. These organizations do have the
option of renting park facilities at the commercial rate. These users
must pay the out of County fee if their company or organization is
located or registered with the Virginia Corporation Commission
outside of Loudoun County. "

The difference is:

Non-Profits get preferential booking and lower field costs

For Profits can still book County fields and facilities but they have to pay the "commercial rate" and they do not get preferential booking windows.

PRCS is mostly funded by charging for their facilities and as such they will not prohibit For-Profit groups from using them, but they will give breaks and preferential treatment to non-profits and County residents.

You are really quite ignorant on this topic and should just stop.

Your time would be better spent coming up with reasons why the boys ECNL is better than DA when Loudoun loses all its talent as well as its Boys DA because of DC United moving in next door.

I'm asking my fellow board members if they have information about any key outside talent coming to Spirit to join existing 04 and above teams next year

No, no current team members have been told whether they are on or off the team and no new team members have been introduced yet either. The season is halfway through.
