Word is the Iranians are going to take Trump down. They plan to keep this up till November or December at a minimum but may continue to the end of his term.

Get ready republicans for high gas prices and an intermittent hot to warm war for the next 2-3 years. Think Iraq and Afghanistan. Our military will have to be on high alert or active war footing for 2 years.

This means the US will spend 100’s of billions, lose the petrodollar, lose the ME, lose all its allies, burn out soldiers/sailors with long deployments, go through munitions, speed up replacement for weapon system, etc. We do not have the money to do this.

This is a republican war for Israel and it will take them down. What a disaster.

I think the US is trying to do a runaround and replace the shipments using the Red Sea. Rubio is in discussions with Eritrea to lift decades-long sanctions to secure safe passage through the Red Sea. Eritrea has 600 mile coastline.

DP How is that truth be told? I could see Germany. No way Poland or Ukraine. If you know European history or history, ethic cleansing, looting countries and things like the Holocaust happen every century. Iran lost a 1/4-1/2 its population during WW2 under the British and American occupation.

Saudi is already pumping about 7 million barrels a day through pipeline. These can be targeted and shutdown at any time. 20 million barrels a day went through the strait. The world has been able to mitigate that flow from SPR and storage. Those things are running out now.

Bab al-Mandab Strait could be shut down at any time by the Houthi. If Trump escalates more they will shut it down.

I contribute well-sourced facts, along with credible citations. Not “rumor has it” type garbage with no basis in reality or fact.

Well the fact is Iran/IRGC has demonstrated control over Hormuz whereas before it was theoretical. This is despite the efforts of the world's greatest military. They've also demonstrated that they can impact global trade. The IRGC now has real global power and it's up to them on how that power is used.

It's not inconceivable that the IRGC wields that power to bring some pain to its adversaries including Trump. How does it not logically follow from current events? To borrow a Kegsbreath terminology - Trump FAFO'd.

Trump, MAGA Republicans, and Israel gave the IRGC this gift. For all the doomsday bleating about the JCPOA, the IRGC is now in a much stronger position domestically and globally.

It's not inconceivable that we set off neutron bombs above Iran's 5 largest cities and end this.

Even if the US had neutron bombs, neutron bombs do not work the way you think they do. Unlike Israel Iran would survive 8-10 nuclear bombs and hit back at Israel. Totally destroyed it. Israel is a very small country, 80% of its water is desalinize and could not survive one nuclear bomb. Iran has been very restrained in the war.

There is a phase in Hebrew the wheel turns which means what goes around comes around. Everything being done in the name of Israel will be done to Israel some day. Better think before you post.
