Trump will never get the popular vote. He’s not popular. MaGA loves him but most others cannot stand him.

I agree with this even as I think Trump has a real chance to win the electoral college. I think there will be high turn out in blue states that will run up the popular vote against him because people are so horrified. I think we're going to see especially high turn out in cities and among communities he threatens (women, immigrants) so even if he gets an electoral win via close races in swing states, he will lose the popular vote by as much or more than ever before.

Speak for yourself. I am a woman and I don’t believe Trump threatens me and my family. To the contrary, I believe a Harris presidency threatens me, my family, and the country.

In what ways?

Her economic policies, more spending hurting the American people and further blowing up the debt. Her border policies, continuing to bring in millions of unvetted illegal immigrants.

But how does that threat you and your family specifically?

Seriously?? Spare us all your idiotic trolling.

Yes seriously. I have been respectful towards you. I haven't called you any names. I would like to know specifically how that threatens you in your daily life? What does this look like for you family?

Don’t care for either but think Trump will win.

I’m writing in a candidate.

Do some reading, for god's sake. Economists have crunched the numbers, Trump's policies will add trillions to the debt, will drive up inflation (200% blanket tariffs!) will significantly increase the cost of living for most American families (20% sales tax to add thousands to the cost of goods and services families need) - FAR worse on the economy than Harris's proposed policies. And as for the border, it will NOT be a "continuation" - Harris has clearly stated she supports the Bipartisan Border Bill which would significantly increase funding and staffing for border security, would speed up deportations, fix asylum seeker laws to more quickly disqualify far more unqualified asylum seekers, and do many more things. Trump is UNSERIOUS about the border, given he KILLED that bill. He prefers drama and theater and political wedges to ACTUALLY SOLVING THE PROBLEM and you are falling for it.

I don't care about any of that.

The fact that we have wide open borders with a crowd pushing for unlimited health care for all is a show stopper for me. It's like you are trying to financially tip over the United States on purpose. It's high time to get practical.

I am choosing the candidate with better morals. I can't expect a rapist, bigoted, lying, stealing felon to do right by me or the country.

Have you paid any attention to all of the economic experts who have said Harris’s policies would help the country and trump’s would tank it? Probably not because they don’t talk about that on Fox.

DP. Always invoking "Fox"... makes you look ridiculous. Also:

Harris was mostly correct in her description of Moody’s Analytics, the Financial Times survey and the 16 Nobel laureates, except the latter commented on President Joe Biden’s economic policies, not Harris’ proposals since she became the Democratic presidential nominee. But she is wrong about the Wharton analysis and exaggerates what Goldman Sachs said.

As vice president, Harris clearly supports the actions of the Biden administration and many of the same economic policies as the president, but the Nobel laureates didn’t analyze her plan, as she said.

This has been asked and answered many times over. Why do you continue to ignore anyone who bothers to answer you? How on earth do you think "Her economic policies, more spending hurting the American people and further blowing up the debt. Her border policies, continuing to bring in millions of unvetted illegal immigrants" threatens Americans in their daily life? Do you have kids in public schools? Do you have a family to buy groceries for? Enough said.

All respected economists agree (and it is hard for them to agree if you know or work with economists) that the Harris plan is superior to the trump plan and that the Biden plan has left the next president with a strong economy, the best in the world in fact.

It is incontrovertible that Trump tanked a bipartisan border bill for his own political gain.

Trump insults anyone that doesn’t support him and has the emotional maturity of a toddler.

The arguments that he is better on any of these issues is laughable.

It’s your vote and you can do with it what you will, but pretending this is about the economy shows you for the fool you are. You are fooling no one.

I think Trump wins PA, OH, MI, and FL, which wraps it up.

Harris campaign seems to be acting very desperate and amateur throwing garbage at the wall says out. Trump and Vance are projecting strength and confidence. This about sums it up:

Please read a newspaper before you vote. You know that Elon just said that mass deportation is going to tank the market right in a massive-over correction, right? You know this? So, you can only vote for him for illegal immigration OR the economy, since the two are now incongruous as policy measures for Trump.

If you really meant the bolded, you would stop lecturing others and insisting they vote the way YOU see fit. But you don't really mean it.

I think Trump wins by a razor-thin margin. But polling is very close. We’ll see!

I’m not that pp, but the one above wrt Elon’s announcement, and I think some of us are frustrated because we don’t want to pay even more for groceries. Frankly, my stocks are astronomical, so a lot of us don’t want the market correction it’s going to take. I don’t want to pay more for groceries and we import so much food that we’re likely to have food scarcity wrt some items until we find more labor.

Do you people ever listen to yourselves?

All respected [smart people] agree that [political candidate]'s ideas are far superior to [political opponent]'s, and that [political candidate]'s plan has left the country and amazing place, best in the world, in fact.

It is incontrovertible that [political opponent] has tanked some really good policies for their own political gain, and probably kills kittens, too.

[Political opponent] insults anyone that doesn't support them and has the emotional maturity of a toddler.

The argument that [political opponent] is better than [political candidate] on any meaningful issues is laughable.

But hey, it's your vote and you can do with it what you will.
