Porn is in the eye of the beholder? Why are you so obsessed with it? If my kid happens to see a copy of Gender Queer, I imagine they would close it fairly quickly. That is what I did when other kids showed me Playboy. |

And it’s doubtful this person even read them. They’re just throwing out sound bites. I’ve read them. Several times. I’m a school librarian. They’re staying. And they’re not porn. I’m a professional book curator. Parents are not. Some don’t want their children to read them and that’s fine. Other parents do. But the book banning parents don’t get to decide. |
