He coached the 2010 white team and also was an assistant coach at NVA. I do not think he was well liked by either the parents or players at Valor.

JC? Isn’t he the varsity coach Fairfax?

No. RM. He was not liked by parents or players. He actively sabotaged his 2010 team after being told he would not be returning as the couch next year. Quit coaching with 4 league games, 1 tournament and 4 weeks of practices left in the season.

Practices are covered by a variety of coaches. Tournament is covered by GP at least on Sat and Sun. If the team makes the finals on Monday it will be CS. The league games will be coached by CS who will have the team next year.

My son was asked to join a valor Super Y team and his friends told him that it is a good idea for summer training. Any insight?

Take that money and spend it on a good small group trainer or HP elite. Valor doesn't really put effort into super y, it is more of a money grab. They seem to hire the bottom tier staff (low paying) to run those.
