Because most people don't think any more innocent children should be subjected to this f-ed up situation. They believe Anna's "purpose" in life to is have children and as long as "God" gives, she must receive. There is no limit or point at which she can say no to more children. Anna is only 33. In their world, that's plenty of time to birth another 5 or 6 kids.
