Well there are 22 dems in house who will vote against his. Bibi does not like Biden and has campaigned against him in the past. So the house is not a problem. I could easily see the Republicans picking up the needed votes from dem senators to get to 2/3.

Name 'em. You don't need to name 22. You can name like 5 or 10. Those votes do not exist.
