Your number is kind of bad, not terrible, but not good enough for any of the schools you listed except Appletree. So you should take it and rejoice in the convenience.

Personally I would lean against moving to SWS, unless you love it that much to endure the swing space commute (and the transition for your third grader). SWS feeds into Eliot-Hine, which isn't likely to be better than your current feeder (E-H or Stuart Hobson), and your kid is already in third grade - time to think about that stuff. And you already like your current school. In any event, good luck with your decision.
