9th choice, Eaton (In-boundary) #10

Any chance at either?

Sorry, but you’re definitely not getting into Oyster. I’m IB, and two years for PK4 our number was 5 or 6. One spot opened up after October—our neighbor took the spot.

#3 at LAMB
#6 for Murch & Lafayette

Any chance on any of these??

We got into Shepherd which we loved, so all is not lost either way...

We were #5 for Murch K last year. Never moved.

Makes sense.

Anyone have a clue about LAMB? 3 seems pretty high, but not sure if that one moves at all.

Which LAMB location? Seems like more K seats might open up at SD because kids are transferring over to Kingsbury with older siblings.

Don’t take the Maury spot. 1st grade classrooms have 28 kids. And 2nd grade isn’t budgeted for another teacher. Your kid will be in a room of 30.

Where are you now? That list is spread all over the city wotr.

Currently in private. Will commute for the right school.

This was us last year and we ended up going to Center City PCS Capitol Hill for PK3- my kid loves it and the teachers are really energetic and caring.

We had unbelievable lottery luck this year and will be moving on, but not without a moment's pause. We'd be fine there for PK4 and would stay if not for getting into our #1.

If its #3 LAMB SD, I would say very high likelihood of getting in. If its #3 LAMB K I would say very low likelihood.

Yes LAMB Kingsbury I think very unlikely but possible. I also think Prek3 kids will likely move up older siblings meaning your number could get worse.

Interesting! I didn't know your number could get worse.

We are really psyched about Shepherd so we won't be too sad about LAMB if it doesn't happen.

For 4th Grade:

School-Within-School #2
Two Rivers PCS at 4th Street #1 (Sibling got in via lotto)
Two Rivers PCS at Young #6
Maury Elementary School #2
Brent Elementary School #4

Is Two Rivers a no-brainer for MS vs Stuart Hobson?
