| The clubs ECNL added over the last 3 years are clubs that the ECNL wouldn't have even considered taking prior to that. That tells you everything about how that league is doing and where it is headed. |

| Has anyone heard which teams Mikey will be coaching? Have a DD there and have heard absolutely nothing. Just wondering if it’s because he’s not taking our team or if it’s because no one knows. |

I currently have dd at vda and wish this were the case but word is he is the girls director and will coach girls teams. I am surprised he is coming considering how little vda leadership has thought of him over the years. I am not excited about him coming nor is my dd. |

They have to have a B or greater license. I think there is a Grace period. A coach can join without it but must have it within so many months. |

You're wrong, he is going to be on the girls side as the Director Alex Herrera is taking over as Boys Director. Mikey would never have left his Director job at BRYC to just be the boys coach taking a huge pay cut. He is taking over as the Girls Director (will be released this week) and it is rumored that he will take over the 04 and the 06 VDA girls teams. If this happens the 06 team will continue their success and the 04 team will become a top contender in the 04 age group, however, all age groups will benefit because he will bring in the correct training structure. Just a piece of advice to the VDA families, relax, rumors are just rumors so we will see, VDA administration is smart and will release the news when they are ready and we are all ready to receive the news. He is a great trainer so if you do get him you will be happy, don't listen to all the rumors those come from those who's kids just didn't make the cut or don't know what hard work is (Just like at any of the clubs). |
