She is NOT making this up. She's an educated woman with a family and a successful career. Why, oh, why would she want to damage all that by making up a story like this? If she were insane, maybe, but there has been no evidence put forward that she's insane. Of course, if there were an FBI investigation, that could determine whether or not she showes signs of mental illness.

It's Kavanaugh who is lying, clearly. He has every motivation to lie, and she has none.

An FBI investigation could determine the facts.

Ms. Ford cannot press charges because the sexual assault happened too long ago. There IS a statute of limitations in Maryland for sexual assault.

Many officers and retired officers calling into radio shows today. One retired NYC officer was very specific. He said the letter Ford wrote was an accusation, and it's very serious. However once it's handed to the authorities, Ford would not be able to determine how the case was pursued and where, unless she decided to drop charges. There would be no negotiations and demands.

The letter was handed to a senator. Whether a crime was committed is up to the police, and no it's not the Feds' job to pursue this, as they've stated. Since it's not being handed to the MD police, it is simply a political issue. Those accusing Kavanaugh of anything are tyrants.

If it was simply "horseplay" then why didn't Kavanaugh TELL THE TRUTH and say "I was young, had too much to drink and made a mistake. I am sorry."

She passed a polygraph. She has asked for an investigation. Once again, a guilty person DOES NOT ASK FOR AN INVESTIGATION.
