Then you must be a horrible nag and lousy in bed.

Fuck off, you loser. What are you doing on a mom site!

Not the PP ........ but it says it is a site for moms and dads. Check the header at the top of every page on this site just in case you are in any doubt.

you do know that after 30, we gain 1/2 lb of fat and lose 1/2 of muscle per year. So it is uphill work for both men and women.

I know. It is a symbol of youth and vitality. When you get older, your hair is thin, dry and you will either look mousy or unkempt with long hair.

Not really. Count calories and lift weight and you'll be fine.

Sure, I lost my 25lb on 1200 cal/day. I would like to see guys living on 1200 cals for a month.

Sigh, I love my long hair, but noticed my husband doesn't like it as much as he used to--It sounds good to have it really long in theory but it really doesn't look as good once it starts getting thinner and grayer. I'm in my late 40s, but I really need to keep it at least shoulder length or I look super butch, so I'm, trying to keep it as long as I can without looking too frumpy. I do think it's true that hair stylists try to get women to cut it as soon as they turn 30--more profit for the stylist because you need to get it cut more often and they can use all the dye and highlights--which tend to fry your hair.

DH also loves yoga pants and doesn't mind a little extra weight as long as I look healthy. He's a keeper

If you're telling me you spend less than 5 minutes to dry and style your hair, I don't believe you, or your hair is very thin.

My hair looks like Kate Middleton's when I leave the salon. It takes 45 minutes to dry and style it. it needs to be washed every three days. Because of this, it doesn't look like hers most mornings. I don't have to blow-dry it or style it. But if I don't, it's not bombshell. It's just unkempt, crimped long hair.

It's not longer hair you like. It's an idea of a longer hair that's completely divorced from the reality of working woman and wife. It's like those action movies that always make me snicker - where a FEMALE action hero runs through fire and gun battles chasing bad guys with her long hair waving about. The truth is most women would prefer their hair out of their face if they have to as much as wash a single cup. Long hair is in the way of life if your life is about more than display.

I don't think it's that deep. I think men just like longer hair. They want to be with a woman who looks feminine. Short hair isn't feminine.

Do they realize how much maintenance longer hair takes? And how impractical it is for most of childcare and housework stuff?

very early thirties guy that went out with a earl/mid 40's woman last weekend and it was one of the best dates i've had in a while. I hope to see her again and see where it goes. she puts her competition that's 15+ years younger than her to shame in her poise and beauty.

You are an exception. Most younger men who go out with older women especially with the age difference you cite, do so because they think she will be an easy lay.

Maybe. She isn't an easy/cougar type that's normally throwing her pussy out there for young hard dick. Of course I want to have sex with her, many times hopefully, as I'm extremely attracted to her; but if it is to happen, I don't think it will for a few dates at least.

She is also exceptionally attractive for her age - when we were out, I noticed she was turning heads from men of all ages but we both know she was even prettier at a younger age - that's just a fact of life unless you are type that had medical issues or were morbidly obese in your teens and 20's.

It was great to go out with a woman that had her shit together, was up front, no tat's/weird piercings, not a netflix/pop culture addict - i would've filled her up with multiple servings of my dna unprotected that night if she asked and had baby rabies - and i have close to zero wish to procreate; such was her allure.

Of course they don't. Again, it's not that deep. They like what they like.

I know that I am lucky. My hair is thick and healthy, the only thing I do is put conditionner on. I never blow dry my hair, save time, and I think it is healthier. I have been to a hair salon maybe 10 times in my life. As I said my hair can look a bit wild but men seem to like it ( and women too).

Thank you.

If the woman is not a native English speaker, those mistakes can be sexy.

The guys say they are simple, probably true for the young ones because they have no idea how much it takes for most women to stay thin and have shiny long flowing hair.

I am the pp who lost 25lb on 1200 cals for 6 months. Afterwards, I could not eat more than 1300 cals/day or I would gain. That was when I was doing P90X. I have not counted calories nor continued with P90X since I started my new job last year, and I am slowly gaining it all back. DH actually told me not to be stressed out about my weight and it was not worth the trouble. He is sweet. I just want to get back to my sexy cloths

As for long hair, I am getting a few wigs.

BTW, I am an Asian and my mom was trying to fatten me up till I left for graduate school.

We men don't have to in order to lose weight. 2000 cals/day and I'm good.
