"The majority of" is not "80-90%". And, in fact, for first middle school I clicked on in the alphabetical order, which was A. Mario Loiederman, it wasn't even the majority. http://connectedcommunities.us/showthread.php?t=58822 Now, if you'd like to click through all of those links for middle schools and high schools, and add up all of the numerators and denominators to calculate the actual percentages, please feel free. When you've done so, we'll talk about facts. (I didn't go to Wharton.) |
Which schools? And why do you think that those students did not deserve the grades they got? |
There are different types of honor roll in MCPS?
This according to Wharton mom: low, high and highest honor roll? Is this like ES, P, S, and I? I don't have to have any children in the system to know the valleys where your intellect trickles. You have already confessed you are a Wharton graduate. |
Sock puppet much? Face it, you've been exposed as a lying idiot. Go back to making up stuff about Blair. |
Thanks poster. I was not aware Wharton mom was referring to her education in SE D.C. I apologize. I was under the impression she was referring to UPenn. |
No, I didn't say that, and anybody can go back to my post and see that you're lying. There are two recognitions: Honor Roll and High Honor Roll.. You'd know all this, if you knew the basic facts about MCPS. Since you obviously don't know MCPS from your butthole, why don't you stop commenting here? Oh right, you're a troll. |
Wow, really stupid and lame. Let's all ignore this troll and go back to discussing grading policies and teacher policies about placement. At this point, even hijacks from self-absorbed parents of gifted kids would be more interesting. |
Anyone else think this 60-something MIT grad is a sexist pig? Not to mention a rude jerk? Let's all ignore him. |
I think that the sexist pig 60-something MIT grad may be a different poster from the person who uses fact-free "facts" to hate on MCPS. But maybe not -- it's not always easy to tell. |

Wharton mom check this out. It took me just a few tries to beat the > 80% honor roll number and > 30% straight A number. Which level honor roll and what type of A does this MCPS data reflect? I did not know MCPS had different levels of honor rolls and different types of A grades as you suggest (since you have kids in the system)? Someone here has OPENED my EYES and EARS. |

Sounds like you are throwing in the white towel and looking for sympathy and support now that you are exposed, the poster in question provided data to support the rampant distribution of As in the MCPS system and now you are burping on the crow you are slowly eating? Tell us more about the various levels of MCPS honor rolls as you started to mention a few posts back? Or is this more garbage from your imagination? |
The fact-free MCPS hater lives in Poolesville, I believe. But it seems this thread has been hijacked by 1-2 really lame troll(s), so I'm outta here. |
Nah, I haven't seen any data to support the PP's assertions. I have seen a poster who likes to be insulting anonymously on the Internet, though. |
Honestly, being called a "meathead" by this guy is a compliment. Didn't Archie Bunker call reasonable people "meathead"? |
When reason and logic fail you always resort to ad hominem insults. You are are pathetic human being. |
