â A Columbus, Ohio, mom wants two ICE agents investigated after they deployed pepper spray into her open car window, hitting her and three children.
âOur eyes were burning and I had crying kids and youâre helpless,â said the mom, whom Nexstarâs WCMH is not naming over concerns of retaliation. âItâs one of those things where you look back like, âHow did I manage to drive?ââ Video of the incident shows the mother in her car with three girls, ages 18, 15 and 11, after shopping at Easton Town Center on Dec. 21. In the video, the 18-year-old is heard calling out in Spanish to another vehicle, warning that ICE was nearby. The bodycam footage in American citizen Ruben Ray Martinez's case is out. It once again shows that Trump's goons are LIARS and MONSTERS.
They said he drove and and tried to kill a DHS officer who ended up on top of the car. None of this happened. ATt traffic stop, they told him to go ahead and wave him through, and he goes ahead. Someone spots an open container and yells stop him stop him. He had sped up to go, he slows down. The body cam is moving and it is hard to see whether at the point the shots are fired, Martinez'a car is completely stopped or rolling every slowly. One way or the other, no officer ended up on his hood. He was shot through the open window. He was at worst going very slowly. Wrong. He received far more medical care than he would have received in his home country. FALSE. Emanuel Cleeford Damas, a criminal illegal alien from Haiti currently facing CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR ASSAULT AND BATTERY, died at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center while in ICE custody on March 2, 2026. The Boston Police Department arrested Damas for assault and battery on September 14, 2025, and ICE Boston arrested Damas the next day.  After being detained, he was provided a medical intake exam where staff found no serious new medical issues but ensured he would keep receiving prescriptions for a preexisting medical condition. On February 19, 2026, Damas reported shortness of breath and was IMMEDIATELY sent to the Florence Anthem Hospital to receive care. He was then transferred to the John C. Lincoln Medical Center Intensive Care Unit in Phoenix, AZ, for a higher level of care. On February 25, 2026, he was transferred to another facility for a higher level of care and for a cardiothoracic workup. He was at this facility until he died.  ICE provides COMPREHENSIVE medical care from the moment an alien enters ICE custody. This includes medical, dental, and mental health intake screening within 12 hours of arriving at each detention facility, a full health assessment within 14 days, and access to medical appointments and 24-hour emergency care. This is the best healthcare many illegal aliens receive in their entire lives. |
