17 yo who is at his house is handcuffed because he has an accent (he points out that the ICE agent does too)

That ICE agent had a heavier accent than the guy he was arresting (who is a US citizen btw).

Army Veteran Godfrey Wade Faces Deportation After 50 Years in U.S.
The Jamaica native, a lawful permanent resident since his teen years, landed in hot water during a 2025 traffic stop in Georgia, where police uncovered a 2014 deportation order from a missed hearing tied to minor resolved cases from the early 2000s. His attorney is fighting with appeals and petitions to reopen the case, while family rallies support through a GoFundMe nearing $28,000 and a petition with hundreds of signatures. The situation stems from a recent policy change ending special deportation leniency for honorably discharged veterans without serious crimes, leaving Wade's future in limbo despite his service and community roots in Atlanta. (the preceding is a summary from X).

What are these 'minor resolved cases'?
"On September 18, ICE arrested Godfrey Oliver Wade, a criminal illegal alien from Jamaica. His criminal history includes domestic assault, criminal trespass, reckless conduct, deposit account fraud, violation of probation, multiple arrests for driving on a suspended license."

I would day they mixed up Wade's rap sheet with Trump's, except Trump would never even try driving.

Spraying pepper spray directly into the eyes of a detained person who’s already fully subdued

Wow, I guess we should abolish ICE and open the borders again because somebody that probably spit on ICE got a squirt of pepper spray.

At this point, ICE is not conducting immigration enforcement. The entity has broadened well beyond its stated mission with many agents acting outside the law. That is why it should be abolished. That doesn't mean there shouldn't be an immigration enforcement agency - there should, but not this rogue paramilitary agency that currently exists.

Exactly. They are:

*pointing rifles, guns, or tasers at protesters and bystanders
*deploying tear gas/pepper spray early or from vehicles
*breaking vehicle windows, dragging people out of cars
*conducting warrantless home entries in some cases
*large convoys are making street abductions

Does this sound like immigration enforcement? Whatever it is, it is a huge departure from established norms of conduct, even under Trump's first term.

kidnapping 5 year olds is child trafficking. That is what ICE is doing now.

Harassing moms with kids at their own home. They grab the teenage son, a citizen.

Torturing bystanders

Agents grab her teenage son… a U.S. citizen… unarmed, in shorts and sandals, and put his hands behind his back while the younger children cry.

She yells, “my son is a citizen!” but they don’t listen and walk away with him.

Only later, after they realize they can’t arrest a teenager, do they bring him back.

This is not immigration enforcement.

Federal agents have no authority to surround homes, threaten families at gun point, or remove anyone… especially a child… without a warrant.

Agree. Killing US citizens should not be part of ICE’s job duties.

THIS SHIT

You mean emptying an entire pint of pepper spray into the face of someone.
And lemme guess they added on a charge of "resisting" when the person struggled because they had pepper spray blasting in their face from an inch away.

Those ICE officers should be arrested for assault.

“Then in the afternoon, 5-year-old Liam Ramos was taken with his father while in their driveway after just arriving home from his preschool classroom. School officials say the child was used as bait to knock on the door and ask to be let in, letting officers see if anyone else was home.”

Also, they are in the country legally
