Panty lines? In this timeline? |
I'm not sure I can make this any simpler for you but I'll try. Some people, clearly not you, care what effects their presence has on other people. So they wouldn't wear strong perfume before boarding a flight because that's a selfish and rude thing to do. Does that help you understand it any better? Probably not. |
I understand that you think it's rude. I just disagree. It's no more rude than smelling food on the same said plane. You just think that your opinion should have a bearing on me and it just doesn't. Sorry to disappoint. |
You’re not winning this argument oinker |
Oh, the dumb oinker poster is back. Glad to see you participating again in the most meaningful way.

Ageee with this. Dim wit won’t budge though |
Me and millions of other people. |
That’s a new one. Please do come back with your excuse (autocorrect, dyslexia, typo?), but it’s clearly just bad spelling. Easy to tell by the way you write. |
NP here. I never wear anything scented on flights, and usually only very light scents in general. But I have noticed a trend over the years, especially here on DCUM, where more and more people appear to be affected by perfumes. Or at least complain about it more. Wonder why that is? BTW I really detest strong perfumes too, and often wonder how I made it through the 80s and the CK Obsession obsession.

You got me. I'm occasionally a bad speller. But I'm not a liar like you claiming to be "a nationally known physician in a male-dominated field" Truly hilarious.
A nationally known, very important women's advocate who has copious amounts of time to post on DCUM. PLEASE come back and tell me how it's your day off. I'll wait

It's just a way for them to get attention. |

Misspelled words and incorrect grammar. Sorry, OP, when I saw your missed apostrophe in “can’t”, my expectations of your intelligence and professionalism dipped by a fraction. I realize that I’m behind the times, and most people do not care, so I am trying not to care as well. I tell myself to let it go, but my knee jerk reflex is still there. |
