What snobberies do you have that you cant vanquish even if you try?

Tattoos, flashy cars, very large houses, TV blaring 24/7 on cable news, watching and being knowledgeable about reality TV, influencers

As a midwestern raised, Asian, military spouse who has family in Texas, what do you have against my boots??

Ha! I judge people who wear these things. Life is too short to squeeze yourself into these things. Stop hating your body.

Exactly. I'm not squeezing in just so this moron is comfortable when she looks at me. Total nonsense.

I don’t care about seeing cellulite or whatever, but I do think it’s crazy how women walk around and go to work wearing clothes where you can clearly see their underwear. Clothes are cheap AF now, they used to be lined. You cannot rely on a thin sheet of rayon plastic to do the job in your place of business anymore. It makes you look trashy AF or stupid that nobody ever taught you. It’s like wearing a thin tank top with no bra at work. Men don’t do this, don’t think it’s about your body that nobody should be looking at. You came in looking slovenly, that’s on you.

You know what I love about your post? The fact that you will spend so much time secretly stewing about this and the people you are stewing about are just going on about their day, totally unbothered. Because OF COURSE you would never say this to someone's face. Enjoy being mad.

No, it doesn't.

I'm snobby about people who are snobs and look down at others for random things. Sure, I hate face tattoos but wasn't it Post Malone who said he got tattoos on his face in an effort to cover up his ugliness? Meanwhile, despite the tattoos he has a reputation of being incredibly kind and respectful towards everyone.

This is a nonsensical pop psycho babble response.

He would still be kind and respectful without the face tattoos. Face tattoos mean you've given up on ever fitting in as a normal person, or you have been raped in jail.

hahahaha no dear. What is nonsensical is worrying about others not wearing what you want them to wear. Go ahead, tell the next person you see looking not up to your standards exactly what you told us here, brave keyboard warrior. I bet you won't.

Do you not think he fits in just fine wherever he chooses to fit in? Because I assure you he does.

Of course it does. Everything that PP listed matters. It matters even to animals. Smell? Looks? Of course it matters. Don't be so foolish that you actually believe this nonsense that nothing matters but what is deep deep deep down under the surface. That matters, too -- key word is "too." No one is judging whether you should live or die or get into heaven or hell based on looks or smell, but we are judging you here in the day-to-day world. Don't kid yourself you're too good for that. Unless you're Einstein, people are judging you on your looks. And your smell.

It has a huge bearing on their life. How else will they feel like they are better than someone else? If they didn’t do that they’d have to go out and do something meaningful to justify themselves.

Man life is too short to worry about “fitting in”. Make choices that please you. You get one life, how sad to spend it trying to fit in.
