Why do you think it is okay to assault cops now. You wanted everyone who even walked on the Capitol Lawn on January 6 in prison. Meanwhile your buddies set fires in Lafayette Park and that was ok because antifa people enjoy playing with matches

He didn’t assault anyone. He threw a sandwich and was provoked.

Kind of different from gathering en masse to forcibly overturn an election and break into a government building and trash it.

So you just want to litigate January 6? If you are going to keep comparing this guy to January 6 please post an actual vidéo of à DOJ employee striking a police officer on January 6. And I mean not just theories and speculation but an actual video of a current, named, specific employee assaulting someone and please identify said employee in the video.

Yes, I want to “litigate” Jan 6. Well it was already litigated but Trump decided to reverse the results.

You are claiming that DOJ has employees who assaulting cops on January 6.I am asking you to provide proof to support your claim with a video and the name of the person.

No one should be above the law. Assaulting police officers is not okay. Setting fires is not okay. Sedition is not okay. Pardoning people convicted of violent crimes because they’re your supporters is not okay. Incarcerating people who have never been convicted of a crime in CECOT is not okay. It’s all madness.

Our justice system should recognize the difference between a well coordinated, violent attempted insurrection and a lone guy throwing a sandwich in a crime of passion. Both crimes involved assaulting law enforcement officers, but instead of each perpetrator facing appropriate consequences for the seriousness of their crimes, everyone has been let off the hook, as though all crimes were equal.

So you don't have a video showing an actual assault by a current identified DOJ employee on JAnuary 6? Then your comparison is fault. Post the video and name the person so we can compare ths incidents

I’m not even talking about the J6er who is employed at the DOJ, so I don’t know why I’m being asked about him? I’m talking about J6ers who were convicted of violently assaulting police officers.

Please tell me what that has to do with an employment case at DOJ if the people you are talking about do not work there? You are conflating criminal liability with workplace conduct rules. The guy is on video hitting a cop and that violates the current standards of his employer, DOJ.

I already have a job. Since you are the one claiming that current DOJ employees assaulted people and still have a job give the names and a link to the video. Otherwise it is not "apples to apples" as you have not given any proof.

Yes there is someone saying that current employed DOJ employees assaulted people on January 6. I am asking for proof of the assault on film.

OK just so you know you will have to do a better job of getting the evidence if you want to challenge your termination. It is not enough to say random people committed assault on January 6, thus giving me permission for an assault. The reason that is not OK is you are ignoring the rules of the place that pays you. When you violate your employers policies, it is grounds for termination.

This has gotten confusing because multiple people are responding to the same posts. Personally, I’m not claiming that DOJ can’t fire sandwich thrower.

You want to know why Democrats are okay with assaulting police officers now if they weren’t okay with it on J6. I want to know the opposite; if we’re issuing pardons for people who viciously beat police officers on J6, why do we care about one random punk who flung a sandwich at an officer?
