Yeah, no. The complaint alleges: 1. LEOs had agreed to wait in public hallways and effectuate the warrant after the judge’s proceedings. 2. The judge directed the target and his attorney to exit through a nonpublic area and had seated the defendant in the jury box. 3. The complaint alleges that she expedited her proceedings to try to rush the defendant out of the courtroom before the LEOs could return. She did not have to permit them to carry out the admin warrant in her courtroom, but she cannot obstruct the LEOs, either. I guess I should be surprised, but pretty wild to see anybody defending the allegations. |
It's impolite. It's also bad policy, which some judges might care about. There is nothing illegal about arresting an illegal immigrant somewhere else, either. There is something wrong with arresting a judge on made-up charges. That's really bad. |
Irrelevant to this case |
It’s impolite to deny justice to a woman who was battered because you’re more interested in hiding someone from authorities. |
She also denied due process for the victims family when she abruptly ended the hearing to let him escape. |
The complaint doesn't even say how she meets the elements of the crimes. Because she doesn't, because there was no crime and they just picked some statutes that sounded close. |
No, no, no. Judges don’t get to obstruct law enforcement because the judge thinks law enforcement action is bad policy belongs to the legislature and the executive. |
Meanwhile, where are all the MS 13 gang members getting arrested?
It sounds like it a whole lot easier for coward ICE agents in plainclothes to try to get law abiding immigrants when they show up for court. Guess that's a lot easier than going after actual gang members and criminals. |
You have no idea what you are talking about. |
So if they come to serve Trump a warrant for rape, and a Judge sends him out the back door because of his beliefs, that’s cool right? |
Yes because Republicans are above the law. If the illegals voted Republican we would let they stay. |
This illegal, who is in court for two counts of domestic violence is a law abiding immigrant? In my book that is a CRIMINAL. |
Meanwhile back at SCOTUS republican judges are handed bags of cash for rulings. No FBI no ICE? Laws for you none for me! |
They are not law abiding. |
