Those low-information voters DESERVE every bit of condescention they get. Eff them.

DP. It's become abundantly clear to me which is the party of ACTUAL low-information voters. Democrats have so successfully brainwashed themselves into believing only they could possibly know what's best for everyone else. They exist in hermetically sealed echo chambers, never bothering to actually listen to the rest of the country; and in fact, labeling them as "low-information, uneducated, stupid rubes."

Seems this election was a direct rebuke to the arrogance of the left.

You sound pretty arrogant yourself. And you can’t convince me that MAGA is in any way listening to anyone else, let alone the left.

We've all had to listen to your nuttiness for the past four years. And we decided we were done. I'm not even "MAGA," but I am so over the idiocy of the left.

So no one’s listening to anyone. Awesome. I’m a moderate dem and I have been trying to see all sides but I guess that doesn’t matter. People would rather just insult each other.

BS. Anonymous posts on a mommy website aren’t changing votes.

Well, when your entire party is mocking people who can’t afford groceries, you don’t tend to win, but do go on.

No one mocks people for having trouble affording groceries. Democrats are mocking the fact that people who can’t afford groceries voted for a charlatan who not only has no plan for reducing the price of groceries, but who lacks a basic understanding of most issues and doesn’t care about poor people, and who heads the political party that tells people to lift themselves up by their own bootstraps and gives tax cuts to the rich, pretending that wealth will trickle down. They literally voted for the government least likely to help them.

You are splitting hairs. The Democrats are absolutely mocking people who can’t afford food. They are also insulting them, wishing them harm, and generally being objectively awful people to people who are far poorer than them.

And then they are confused as to why they lost in such spectacular fashion. Perhaps they shouldn’t be so quick to refer to other people as stupid, since they are too slow to figure out this particular and quite obvious problem.

The democrats are the ones who ran a candidate who offered solutions for increasing costs at the grocery store. The problem is, people voted for someone who didn't even offer a concept of a plan on that front. THAT is why they are being mocked. We are ALL impacted by high grocery prices.

Harris had "solutions" that wouldn't have survived a day in court. That's what we call empty promises.

Seriously. Pandering to her constituents by throwing money at them - "Here's $25,000 for you! And $10,000 for you! Don't you worry about how we're going to pay for it!"

Instead we need to PRIVATIZE the throwing of the money at people! When Musk does it, it's way better and more efficient because it's one million dollars for you, and for you, and for you.

Why on earth should anyone trust the Democrats when they’re the ones telling people inflation is under control, crime is down, and the border isn’t open?

It’s gaslighting plain and simple.

Because the facts matter.

The economy is the best in the world. That doesn't mean grocery prices aren't high - they are. That is price gouging and Capitalism. Harris offered solutions for that, Trump didn't.

The border crossings are below 2019 levels when Trump was president, but you don't see that anywhere, do you? And Trump is the one who killed the GOP immigration and border reform bill.

and, crime nationally is down, but that doesn't mean there isn't crime.

Re: the bolded, gosh why is that? Could it be because of the border EO that Biden FINALLY SIGNED, after almost four years of a border free-for-all? And during that time, he continued to gaslight Americans by claiming there was nothing he could do about it? Except, of course, there was. He just wanted to wait until an election year to swoop in and attend to the border, figuring no one would remember the unprecedented numbers of illegal crossings under HIS WATCH. What a jacka$$. What a legacy.

The Democrats have also told people over and over that crime is down and that the border isn’t open. Don’t forget that.

Because those things are true. Where do you get your news? Where do they get cites for what they report to you?

MAGA sure wants to tell women what's best for them! Trump is going to protect the women, whether they like it or not, amirite?!

And every MAGA I've ever spoken with (unfortunately I have many in my family and in my neighborhood) spouts the same tired arguments that Harris was a Marxist and Trump is a great businessman. Kind of like they're being spoon-fed their information from the same, tired biased sources. ("B-b-b-but her emails!")

MAGAs are absolutely low-information rubes who blindly follow their orange idol. He's the new opiate of the masses. Little do they know he's as poisonous and deadly as fentanyl.

He's definitely not my idol, nor that of anyone I know who voted for him. But he is addressing issues that are important to US, and that's going to have to suffice for now. Isn't it great that we live in a democracy where we can all vote for the person/party of our choosing? I mean, you call Republicans "fascists" but it's actually Democrats who insist everyone vote THEIR way and no dissent is allowed - the very epitome of fascism. No thanks.

Gaslighting seems to be one thing Democrats do very, very well.

I feel as if spending $86 Billion on DEI may have been excessive. Possibly wasteful.

Note that it's Trump who has been throwing trillions of dollars at people (mostly the rich) - putting us in massive debt while giving the richest massive tax breaks (and hoping they give him a big kickback)
