So what's safe to eat seem like it hard to find diet you can eat without losing wait because because because i lost a lots of weight because of being able scare to eat seem to me if you eat this it hurt your if you eat that it hurt your kidney can someone please help me with i can to potassium to much protein,to much phosphorus so I staving to death please helps Naimah. |

It is not unhealthy. The amount of soluble fiber one from oats makes it worth it to consume. It's not going to give you a sugar spike like refined carbs. Consuming carbs isn't bad. Just consume an appropriate portion.
In an age when Americans aren't consuming anywhere near enough fiber, people are concerned about some carbs in oatmeal while overlooking the tremendous nutrient benefits from it like all of the fiber? Crazy. |
Here is what I do: 2 eggs: 14g 1/4 cup egg whites: 7g Cup of spinach: 1g Slice of toast: 5g TOTAL: 27g (more if you add cheese) or 1/2 c oatmeal: 5g tbsp walnuts: 1g 1/4 c egg whites: 7g (you can replace 1/4 of the water with these) 1/4 c milk: 2g container of Greek yogurt: 12g TOTAL: 27g or (my personal favorite) A Fairlife shake as I’m running out the door: 30g |
