GA Case

You clearly are clueless as to how many people you know have suffered a rape or sexual assault, have had a miscarriage or an abortion, have lost loved ones to covid, are gay or have gay loved ones, or have have been targeted in other ways by Trump. It is shameful how many people he uses for his purposes and then discards.

How does upholding the rule of law damage the United States?

It strengthens us and everything our nation stands for.

You are not “upholding the law”, dimwit. You are cheering on the destruction of a political enemy. You are terribly wrong if you think people are going to move on from this stuff. You are doing lasting damage to the confidence of a substantial portion of the population in the government and other institutions, all because you’re too brain dead to realize that the people on MSNBC telling you to be excited about this are themselves idiots.

I'm cheering on the fact that criminal actions have consequences no matter who perpetrates them. I'm cheering on the fact that NO ONE is above the law including presidents and the powerful. Why do you people think Donald Trump gets a pass at committing crimes? I thought you were the party of law and order. Obviously not.

The GOP used to be the party of family values, too. That kinda went out the window with Trump as well.

If you break the law you face the consequences. He broke the law. And the feelings of a "substantial portion of the population" do not change that.

If he's not guilty, you have nothing to worry about. He'll be acquitted. Hell he might be acquitted even if he is guilty. This is Georgia.

So you think, despite the facts of the case, these people should just be able to get away with trying to steal an election? I thought the GOP was the "law and order" party?

There are no “facts” of this case. It hasn’t been to trial. There are a bunch of “allegations.”

The indictment is chock full of facts. The trial is to determine whether a jury finds that these facts prove the crime beyond a reasonable doubt.

No, those aren’t facts for purposes of a legal proceeding. They are allegations.

They believe the rule of law only applies to black and brown people.

This is my problem with you braindead fools. Once upon a time, I was with you, but back then, innocent until proven guilty, civil liberties and common sense were still part of being a Democratic. You’re all so idiotic now that it pains me to think I was ever a part of this stupid shit.

No, moron. The prosecution alleges he broke the law. They have not proven that. If you had an IQ above room temperature, or any shred of intellectual honesty, you might get that.

OK, rapist supporter. A grand jury saw enough evidence to indict rapist trump and 18 conspirators. But I'm not holding my breath that you understand our system of justice.

The others probably are the fake electors who did not cooperate.

Yup and Hampton and Latham are the Coffee County elections officials.

Regardless of whether a jury convicts rapist trump of any or all charges beyond a reasonable doubt, trump will always be a rapist.

I think the IQ challenged individuals in this situation are the ones that still can't see what a scam artist is this loser. He and his companies have lost many many court cases moron. When someone show you who they are, believe him.

In this case, the State of Georgia is upholding its laws. Not me.

Trump is not my political enemy. He is a foolish grifter who is twisting his election loss into an opportunity to raise money. He broke many laws (as well as centuries of convention) after losing in 2020.

I don’t watch MSNBC.

I actually think it’s a tragedy that Trump undertook the actions he did, but I have no doubt that holding him to account, without regard to the office he once held, is a moment of pride for the United States.

And don’t threaten “people not moving on”. You don’t bully democratic norms; you uphold them. Those are the values that our armed forces have defended, died, and been physically and mentally maimed for.
