Mandatory minimum five year, no parole. Bail depends on defendant not tampering with a witness.

I think so. Misty Hampton is one of the Coffee County people

The others probably are the fake electors who did not cooperate.

I would assume they, and lindsay Graham and others, could be unindicted co-conspirators. Some of these folks may try to plead out.

I counted 30 individual unindicted co-conspirators. A lot of rats will be doing a lot of singing to save their hides.

You are doing legitimate damage, not to Trump, but to our country. I can’t imagine ever voting for a Democrat, or even at all, anymore. It’s shameful.

How does upholding the rule of law damage the United States?

It strengthens us and everything our nation stands for.

You are not “upholding the law”, dimwit. You are cheering on the destruction of a political enemy. You are terribly wrong if you think people are going to move on from this stuff. You are doing lasting damage to the confidence of a substantial portion of the population in the government and other institutions, all because you’re too brain dead to realize that the people on MSNBC telling you to be excited about this are themselves idiots.

So you think, despite the facts of the case, these people should just be able to get away with trying to steal an election? I thought the GOP was the "law and order" party?

There are no “facts” of this case. It hasn’t been to trial. There are a bunch of “allegations.”

The indictment is chock full of facts. The trial is to determine whether a jury finds that these facts prove the crime beyond a reasonable doubt.

The GOP is nothing more than a collection of apologists for a rapist.

Name one “allegation” that we didn’t all witness in real time?

I'm cheering on the fact that criminal actions have consequences no matter who perpetrates them. I'm cheering on the fact that NO ONE is above the law including presidents and the powerful. Why do you people think Donald Trump gets a pass at committing crimes? I thought you were the party of law and order. Obviously not.
