How do you get over a crush?

Anonymous
I had one in college that has never gone away. We have mutual friends so I feel like I am reminded of him a couple times a rear.

- I lost weight and I exercise more
- I bought new clothes
- DH and I actually have more sex now

Girl, same! Same same same. I look hotter than I have for 10 years. I am much more deliberate in my marriage. But I’m not all there.

OMG! Will I become like that? How’s your interaction with the crush like? Does he like you back too?

He wanted to sleep with me; I declined. We no longer speak. We’re both married with children and I think about what would have happened if I said yes all the time.

But you still like him? Or did his request to sleep with you ruined his image for you?

I still like him; I think my brain is broken and the only thing that will fix this is SSRIs or something.

In real life I totally froze and freaked out when he made a pass, then I fantasized about it and him ever since.

Well then, enjoy it in your heart. That’s all. Maybe one day both your spouses left you and you will still have a chance. Life is full of surprises isn’t it?!

We will just keep it to ourselves and never actually admit our crush and just be friends.

How do you know he likes you back if both of you just keep it to yourself?

genuine question, as I can't stop wondering if my crush likes me back.

Little things, he talks to me differently when it’s just the two of us, his voice changes to a lower deeper tone. Always wants to be next to me when we are in the same location. Goes out of his way to help me with anything. There are other things. I think we both know we like each other, but would never actually say it.
