Lol Jesus Amr Omar Elrahimy how crooked are you to have 6 and counting felony cases? I hope the GRIP supercar events sponsors sees this in their searches because this is pretty clear Amr Omar Elrahimy is not to be trusted.

As many of you have noticed, I have removed many posts from this thread. Those posts were reported to me via the "report" button that is present on every post. I believed the posts that I removed to be off-topic, in most cases mentioning individuals who are not directly involved in the subject of this thread.

The lawyer who has been in touch feels that there are many remaining posts that are defamatory. I have informed the lawyer that I will not remove the thread. However, I will comply with any legally-issued subpoenas for IP addresses.

If you are the author of a post in this thread and do not wish to have your IP address potentially turned over, you are welcome to "report" your own post and ask for it to be removed. However, that report will have to come from the same IP address as the post that you are reporting. That's the only way that I can know that it is you making the request.

In addition, the original poster of the thread can request to have the entire thread removed. However, the same stipulation will apply. I will need to be sure that such a request is actually coming from the original poster.

Omar and his legal team have a lot more to worry about than defaming his name. He STOLE money from lots of people and have ruined their lives. He has way more to worry about than his name being defamed. I would advise his lawyers to worry about their criminal of a client than those of us over here dealing with the reprocutions of his actions!

Just so you know, the lawyer contends that the money was not stolen but is unable to be returned because of the bankruptcy proceedings which themselves are a result of pandemic-related business losses, not fraud or theft. As such, the lawyer would view your accusation that his client stole money and is a criminal as being defamatory. Hence, if they subpoena IP addresses, yours will certainly be one that they want to obtain.

More than likely, you did not mean that literally, but were actually engaging in a hyperbolic expression of opinion. You might just want to clarify that.

2023 was a booming for contractors, including Optimum. We did a renovation with them in 2023 and several times they left our worksite to work on other clients' jobs.

Did they finish the job or did they just bail and email u the note of bankruptcy? In the bankruptcy filings he basically bailed on 37 individuals

I hope you weren't one of the contractors he bailed on, on the filings he had screwed over some sub contractors on their payments. Just left them high and dry.

My question for any contractors or those involved with construction. The bankruptcy states 37 "incomplete projects", Optimum Construction has been in business six years (based on date of incorporation). How is possible, or is it normal that under these conditions that there are no construction materials as assets? There was some misc and left over flooring, but nothing significant or new? If you had 37 active projects, would you not have materials you ordered and put down a deposit on or partially paid for? Would you not have materials on hand as you were getting ready for a project? Is there a "normal business" explanation for Optimum not having any construction assets?

Maybe they don’t have any construction assets because they did not purchase the materials, even after they received money from their client. Heck I paid for a flooring/carpet overage and they never ordered it.

We all have strong suspicions on where the money has gone and the State of Maryland appears to have a strong opinion on that too. However, I was hoping someone might give us a feel what "normal" might be? If a company had 37 projects, has brought in $4.1M from customers over the last two years -- how much would you expect to see in construction assets to support these projects? We know in this case there a bunch or vendors and subs that were not paid. I did not add it all up but it was over $100K and could have been $200K owed to subs. We know cabinets, appliances, HVAC and all the normal construction materials don't just show up the day you need them. What would be typical for a contractor to have in hand and ready for a project or paid for and waiting for delivery?

Also of note, while Amr Omar Elrahimy is going through personal and business bankruptcy and is being investigated for felony fraud charges by the state his GRIP supercar events is still accepting orders. Nothing to see here. While he says he hasn't made much money his GRIP supercar events with all sorts of sports cars are still holding events. Nothing to see here, just stating facts.
