Severance

I wonder if goat is for goat milk and formula and soap. Experimentation in underground husbandry research? Test animals?

The parallels with the expansive green carpet (albeit hills) and the tiny goat hallway were intriguing.

Major letdown. We already knew this. It was obvious all season. I feel robbed from this episode.

Why would it be a letdown? I'm intrigued to see innie Helly back now.

I kept thinking this episode had to be a dream. It was just so weird.

Yeah. And it'll be interesting to see the Mark reintegration thing.

Watching Severance is starting to feel like doing homework.

That's what my son said. We're watching it together and he said that he's sure when all of this is over, it will come together to paint an interesting portrait but watching it episode by episode just isn't entertaining.

I turned it off after 15 minutes. I’m bored with it and realized I don’t really care.

+1. And what Irving's outie does.

I find this show so entertaining. It doesn’t feel like homework to me, but I really enjoy satire.

Spoiler alert

This most recent episode (ortbo) holds up a mirror that is biting, funny, smart, and sinister.

Artful storytelling!

This is one of those rare shows that one cannot binge. Shouldn't binge. I need time to digest. Love it. So artfully made, acting is superb and so is design.

This is a show that might do better by waiting until all the episodes drop and watching straight through. I had watched the first series piece by piece and felt it a little slow, but when I rewatched the first series right before this new one started to refresh, it was actually more streamlined and interesting watching in a couple of days.

I’ll never trust a show like this after Lost. They won’t pull it together, it will just get weirder and then fizzle out.

Marshmallows are for team players, Dylan!
