Any thoughts on the shrine and Harmony’s creepy bedroom?

Before that episode I was wondering what Harmony's motivation was. Why would someone want to be involved in their work life outside of work? Why is she so involved in the Mark's outie life?
But it makes sense if this company is also a cult.

Huh, their brains don’t allow them to recall anything from work at home, or vice versa. Btw their jobs at work suk big time, it’s like they’re disabled and mentally ill.

Oh. So just more monitoring and experimenting and playing with the lobotomy victims.

Or she is severed but they’ve allowed her work innie to take over her outie. She is properly brainwashed to the Lumen cult.

It’s a theory I read on Reddit.

That's an interesting theory, that she was severed and then developed two different personalities. However, neither the Board nor Doug (head of security) believe it's possible to reintegrate a severed brain (in discussions about Petey) so I don't think that's what happened to her.
She's probably just assuming another personality outside work so she can spy on her workers.

All this belly button talk makes me itch.

My theory:
Harmony is the perfect employee due to her being brought up is Lumon’s school for girls ( as shown on her weird shrine)
The “innies” are like children, right? Rugahbi ( sp?) even tells Mark he’s a baby for only being severed for 2 years.
Lumon is raising perfect workers. Recreating Harmony’s experience in the basement with the severed procedure.

My theory - they are making robots.

I am loving this show. Highly recommend checking out Reddit for theories. My thoughts:

The board is alumni ancestors that don’t have bodies (yet) so need intermediaries.
The goal of Lumon is to create immortality by wiping human brains/memories (severing them) so others (Eagan/Lumon) can be placed in the bodies
Ricken is an Eagen (doesn’t want to be like his father, etc.
