No matter how people want to spin it, Biden's administration is deliberately ignoring the press, or controlling them to avoid having to answer unpopular or insensitive questions - which are mounting up daily. This is directly against the spirt of a democratic society.

If Trump had done this, you'd be screaming from the top of his lungs that he was a fascist dictator, because this kind of press treatment is closer to what you find in dictatorships rather than a free democracy. The joint Biden-Boris Johnson viewing only shows the deep hypocrisy in the Democrats' tolerance of the White House's press relationship as well as the press's willingness to succumb to it.

He shut down all press briefings for a year. That's 365 days with no one - not a White House Communications Director, Press Secretary, or the President briefing the press. You are still getting DAILY White House press briefings and weekly roundtable briefings from defense, state, and health.
