Stay out of the road if you don't want to be hit by a scared person trying to avoid being carjacked.

You are not allowed to block ICE vehicles or run away if ICE is detaining you. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers are federal police with nationwide jurisdiction, not contractors or security.
If ICE tells you to stop or that you are under arrest for interfering, you must comply. Refusing to obey lawful orders can legally result in detention, arrest, and the use of reasonable force.
Federal law is clear: 8 U.S. Code § 1357 gives ICE arrest and detention authority
18 U.S. Code § 111 makes it a crime to resist, obstruct, or impede federal officers
18 U.S. Code § 3052 grants federal arrest authority
You may observe or record in public. You may not block vehicles, interfere, ignore commands, or flee. ICE are real police, and federal law applies in every state.

Most of this is wrong.

That girl was impeding their work by blocking the road sideways through out the day.

The full video shows "that girl" waving another car through the intersection, which just went around her. She waved the ICE truck on, which then stopped, and the ICE officers stepped out of their car.

They could have easily driven around her, as demonstrated by the car that JUST WENT AROUND right in front of the ICE vehicle.

It’s more important for them to play billy badass and boss women around. It’s why they sign up.

The "other car" was the one driven by the shooter.

Really have to wonder about these ICE employees. Do they not understand that only Trump has immunity. The impunity with which they are behaving is truly despicable.

He’s the fat, poster man-child of ICE and the entire administration. Doxx every one of them.

They aren’t deployed but have been told to prepare

OMG - just how in the hell could walz do this?!?

Is this really a question? A governor still has to make sure to maintain some order in cities. Do you want the LA riots to happen again?

It’s so cruel. I believed Adam Serwer 8 years ago (“the cruelty is the point”) but it still stuns me that real people get off on this kind of tone. It’s just pathetic.

It’s also counterproductive. I’m not sure who they think they’re winning over with this approach.

About 30 percent of the US population are ride or die with Trump and Vance. These people are completely unreachable. Murdering young blond American moms is completely fine with them, so it's not even a racial issue. It's a cult of personality. Republicans are kool-aid people. There is no reasoning with Republicans anymore. They are all about the cruelty today. That is the point of the Republican Party today. Dangerous times.

People did public opinion polls in 1946 Germany after hitler died and 37% of Germans admitted to pollsters that they thought Nazi Germany policies against Jewish people were justified. Once people are indoctrinated in a cult, they are pretty set in their beliefs. Not optimistic that things will improve.

This guy was involved in another vehicle incident. And this makes it worse for him.

After that incident, he must have gone through extensive retraining on how to approach a vehicle. And from the front is not an approved method. So either he panicked (in which case he wasn't fit for duty) or he ignored his original training plus the extensive retraining he has had in the past few months (in which case he is unfit for duty).

Boy's in BIG trouble.

What trouble? They’ve already said they’re not going to prosecute.

If found to be true, this would be a very interesting departure from “Christian mom of three simply dropping her son off at school.”

Yet still not a justification for her execution.

There is a concerted effort to smear this woman. Once Trump and Vance weighed in on the topic, I now doubt any negative items about this woman. I saw the video. I saw a woman being shot by a man in an ICE “uniform” who was completely untrained in traditional law enforcement tactics. She was murdered by ICE.

No statute of limitations on murder and there is the state.

Also. Don’t think this precludes a civil action. The family has been very silent which leads me to believe they already have some counsel. Money will not be an object here.

We can't tell from the brief video what she was doing in the road or how long she had been there. Whether she was deliberately trying to slow traffic or block it as protestors were marching or just turning around, or what.

No one said she was dropping her son off at school btw. Her wife said they had a 6 year old *at* school.

Whether she was protesting or just in the wrong place at the wrong time... the only thing she was guilty of was obstructing traffic. NOT A FEDERAL CRIME.

She was not guilty of obstructing federal officers from their duties. The federal officers were not carrying out any duties at the time.

She was not guilty of resisting arrest. ICE agents were not investigating her; they just happened upon her car as they were driving by.
