Her wife said they had a 6 year old *at* school. Whether she was protesting or just in the wrong place at the wrong time... the only thing she was guilty of was obstructing traffic. NOT A FEDERAL CRIME. She was not guilty of obstructing federal officers from their duties. The federal officers were not carrying out any duties at the time. She was not guilty of resisting arrest. ICE agents were not investigating her; they just happened upon her car as they were driving by.[/quote]
