Fairfax County Double Murder

Does anybody know if there is a way to have access to all the evidences? Eg. the messages, photos, etc?
Just curious if those things ever get released.

Not before the trial!

I already called the tipline about this, so LE can do what they will with that information.

I know a lot about his past affair, and whatever he had with the au pair is nothing surprising at all.

Anything else you’re willing to share with the rest of us? Did this take place in VA or NY?

It was in NY, about a year long from 2012 to 2013ish.

Christine was aware of this affair, found out about it and then it ended a few months after. BB was very manipulative of both parties during that time. The affair partner was a woman who was closer to his age than the au pair. They were about 3 years apart.

That is not far from the time of their marriage. Shame she did not leave him then. Everyone knows you can't trust a cheater. Although few take things this far.

To the person who claims knowledge of a prior affair with Brendan and another woman .... I'm an investigative reporter covering this case. Are you available to chat off the record?

There's a "friend" who was posting a few weeks ago who claims they both had others on the side throughout the marriage.

The friend is correct.

Question for the reporter…? Do you know what the motion was for last week? That pushed back the initial trial hearing?
Anonymous
The defense was granted a “continuance.” The new hearing date is April 1.

Looking to speak with ANYONE who might have knowledge of this ... cristina.corbin@abc.com

Dear Christine,

Please let Keith Morrison know that this should be his next story.

I’m with ABC News, not NBC

Do you have direct knowledge of this?

We want to know what happened at the motions hearing that led to the delay in the preliminary hearing.

The Preliminary Hearing is when a lot of the Commonwealth's case will be laid out. It's a big deal. Someone, reporter or no, can look at file at courthouse and tell us what happened to delay it so much. There was a similar motions hearing in December that WP covered, before its Metro section was further decimated. The Prelim would have gotten media coverage for sure. The bad weather maybe was also a factor. Would be great to have those details. Many jurisdictions link documents on the Court site, alas, Fairfax is not one of them. Anyone have access to Pacer? Really curious about the basis for the delay.

I emailed the Washington Post reporter who covered the story in Dec and they gave me a generic answer like the other reporter did above. Not complaining, but just assuming they don't have the info at this time.

I have that info but have to protect my sources. If anyone knew Christine, Brendan, Juliana and Joe, please email me. I’d like to talk off the record.

Probably don't feel like schlepping out to Fairfax. It's publicly available so if anyone is out that way it won't be hard to skip and to see the text of the order delaying the prelim.

If the reporter is saying she knows what is in publicly available docs but can't disclose that to protect sources, she is a loon or someone is posing as her. The one who put contact info is in NY so doubt she has been to the Courthouse in the last week.
