What? Who is getting pregnant if they are not in a stable situation and can not afford to raise a baby?

You can get free condoms at any reproductive clinic, free clinic, or college health center in America. Or you can pay less than it costs to eat at McDonald’s and buy a box of them at a drug store.

Forced birthers keep proving they don’t understand anything.

If you can’t figure out how to put a condom on a banana, don’t have sex. No one is forced to give birth if they use reliable and accessible birth control.

Abortion rates are also way down from two decades ago, but please keep running on this single interest, Democrats. It’s really working for you.

Anonymous wrote:Jamelle Bouie, Times columnist It’s a pretty straightforward verdict: Vance won this debate. It’s not hard to see why. He has spent most of his adult life selling himself to the wealthy, the powerful and the influential. He is as smooth and practiced as they come. He has no regard for the truth. He lies as easily as he breathes. We saw this throughout the debate. He told Americans that there are 20 million to 25 million “illegal aliens” — a lie. He told Americans that Mexico is responsible for the nation’s illegal gun problem — a lie. He told Americans that Trump actually tried to save the Affordable Care Act — a lie. If Vance had to sell the benefits of asbestos to win office, he would do it well and do it with a smile.

IMO this is a necessary skill for the leader of the U.S. (or VP) at this moment in time, given the events going on in the world. He is who I would want going into tense negotiations with world leaders, not Kamala or Walz (though Walz is very likable and I think he is great guy).

"Tense negotiations" are not staredowns. They are diplomatic paperwork affairs.

Trump voters say: “you know what I miss? Waking up every morning to see what asinine international situation Trump created at 3 am when he was tweeting on the can. I really miss the foreign policy having to change by the hour to try and keep up with whatever he said to whatever reporter got his ear for a question that made Trump feel insecure. I hate stability. I hate have a rational person with a sensible staff trying to do their best for the country, I want a doddering cowboy who lets his ego and his insecurity run him.”

Vance was not likable, but seemed presidential. Walz seemed like a fun guy to hang out with, but not a great up to the #1 job, if needed. Sigh.

I disagree. Vance was very likable and Walz looked like a nervous old man scribbling notes after going back to school for a hobby education.

Vance is also killing it on the campaign trail. His persona and demeanor are a great fit for the ticket. Listen to all the applause. He’s a rising star.

Sound of one-man clapping (and he's wearing eyeliner.)

No one's clapping for Vance. It's painful, then he tries the "I love you guys..." thing, like people are laughing with him. But it's near-to silent. Loser vibes.

It’s almost like they want them barefoot and pregnant and are supremely angry at childless cat ladies reject them and are taking white men jobs.

These guys are so predictable and pathetic.

So much more important stuff going on than having moved abortion terms to the state level from the federal level.

How many abortions a year in America? 1M?

That's your opinion. Many of us think it's a very big deal for women to be able to have control over their own bodies.

Can’t you control your body over to the neighboring state and get your abortion then?

The incessant time and number of appeals on abortion topics choking the appellate and scotus court systems every year by multiple cases and states is why it get rules a State jurisdiction matter

Vote or life in a state how you want it.

Stop clogging up the courts time every quarter on the same stuff. 9 week term, 40 week term, 20 week term. Never, always.

Go bug and lobby your state now. Not everyone.

No you can't, not if you're in the middle of a medical emergency, no.

Thanks, it actually is working.

And please keep showing your disdain for women. It helps!

Anonymous wrote:Vance's bit about his friend who had an abortion and tells him it saved her life just said to me that Vance knows abortion is essential health care and a key part of a civilized society, and he doesn't care.

Yeah and I kind of felt like he was involved with the friend in a way that would get her pregnant in the first place.
