Ohio's Columbus Dispatch on how Vance was a fake populist when he ran for senator, likening him to bipolar "Jekyll & Hyde".

Vance seems like a Peter Thiel plant, versus a real authentic person. |
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/tim-walz-china-views/ Also an interesting read: Thirty-five years before Vice President Kamala Harris named Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate, he was on his way to teach high school in mainland China as a bloody crackdown on pro-democracy protests in Tiananmen Square took place in 1989. ... After Walz returned to Nebraska following his year teaching abroad, he told the Star-Herald that if Chinese citizens "had the proper leadership, there are no limits on what they could accomplish." As of 2016, Walz had visited China about 30 times, including for his honeymoon. ... Walz has met with the Dalai Lama, Tibet's exiled leader, and has been critical of China's aggression in the South China Sea. In a 2016 interview, Walz said he didn't "fall into the category that China necessarily needs to be an adversarial relationship," and said there could be "many areas of cooperation" between the U.S. and China. But he also said the relationship depends on China playing "by the rules." That same year, Walz said China's human rights record was "getting worse, not better." He suggested that separating China's human rights record from trade policies, which he previously supported, was a mistake. Sounds pretty critical of china but leaves an opening for a relationship better than the one that exists today. |
Vance will the win the debate, but will win zero hearts. He may be an effective debater but he is a charisma vacuum.
Meanwhile, Tim Walz has his own subreddit that is a love letter of sorts. He may not be smooth, but Walz is the epitome of likeable. https://www.reddit.com/r/walzposting/ |
Maybe read the Mueller report or the Senate Intel report that Marco Rubio wrote. In fact.. https://www.nbcnews.com/think/opinion/senate-russia-report-proves-trump-was-wrong-mueller-was-right-ncna1237743 The Senate Intelligence Committee should be applauded for releasing the fifth and final volume of its investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. With over 200 witness interviews and roughly 1 million documents reviewed, the nearly 1,000-page report documents in detail the comprehensive campaign conducted by Russian President Vladimir Putin and his proxies to seek influence within President Donald Trump's campaign, help Trump win the 2016 presidential election and amplify polarization and division within American society. |
Vance is a snake so I don't think I can bear to watch the debate! Walz is a national treasure. I'll have to check out r/walzposting for kindred spirits. |
interesting |
LOL nothing has changed. JD Vance is the quintessential flip flopper. He'll sell out his kids for a promotion. He only cares about what will get him ahead. Vance is an opportunist. |

I love Walz. That's all. I'm nervous and anxious about tomorrow. I was also crazy nervous and anxious before the Harris-Trump debate. I hope it goes well for Walz. |
I don't expect Walz to out-debate the smooth, law school graduate Vance. But I know that Walz is right in terms of substance so I'm going to vote Harris-Walz regardless of what happens tomorrow. Vance may be the most despicable politician in recent memory. He's so misogynist and casually cruel and I'll never forgive him for his comments about women, against Haitian immigrants or his obsession with women as breeders and post-menopausal women as purposeless. |
I love Walz too! I don't expect him to be perfect, but I do know he'll be human (more than I can say for J.D.). |
this. |
thx for the tip about the subreddit about tim walz! |
Walz will "gee shucks" the whole time and the lemmings with fawn over him. |
