There really is no comparison. I could go on and on but one glaring point is Biden appointed professionals to his cabinet, staff, etc who were experts in their fields, dedicated civil servants. Trump couldn’t find more idiotic, trashy, gaslighting, sycophants to do his bidding.

If they are an American politician with an R or D next to their names, they are in it to deliver for their wealthy financial backers and no one else (there are a handful of exceptions in Congress but only a handful).
