we know from many examples that institutions can do a better or worse job about preventing abuse and other issues. That’s the whole point of regular trainings, internal controls, ensuring that nobody will be penalized for raising complaints of any sort. |

Like what? What sort of red flags do you crazy internet lady think there are going to be that the school disregarded? This is complete and utter speculation. It’s just easier for you to sleep at night if you believe that these really wealthy people did something wrong and hid this child predator. |

You know a red flag isn’t “Mr. Jones (fake name) walked into Mr. Carroll’s office and saw him viewing kiddie porn and said nothing!!!!!” right? It could also be the culture that JC had at the school. Could you, for a moment, imagine a scenario where a parent complained to JC about something that was making their child (or the parent) uncomfortable in the classroom, but JC directed leadership not to pursue the complaint (because of the side hobby he had and didn’t want to be found out?). That is an example of what could be a red flag. |
