Administrative leave?! The school can’t survive that type of bs, legalities be damned.

Administrative leave is obviously a legal formality to make sure their termination is handled appropriately.

That said, and the years will likely grow, but 10 years seems awfully light.

This is horrific.

Terrifying to think a predator like this had access to young children including mine. I never liked him but couldn’t articulate precisely why. He had a kind of coldness and a streak of hostility. I remember other Beauvoir parents telling me how wonderful and kind he was.

I’ll keep trusting my instincts.

He has been at NCRC since 2018; in looking at the school's 990's, James Carroll just got a salary increase from 199k to 270k over the past year; the school should claw back his salary.

He kept increasing the size of the school. Became less special under his watch.

As a ncrc alum and Beauvoir family I can’t even fathom what’s to come out next. This was two months in time. No way was the first time. It is hard not to think what did others know.

He's a total creep and I worked with him. I never understood how he was promoted to the roles he took on. Unbelievable. And TOTALLY BELIEVABLE.
