| NBC4 just posted on X that the FBI has issued an arrest warrant for HOS at NCRC for enticing a minor. NCRC declined comments but told NBC he's still employed. |

| I just saw it!!! The arrest warrant is under seal - no idea how NBC got a copy - but only 2 pages of the pdf is visible. The investigating FBI agent is assigned to the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. Just WOW! |
