Early on, I read a theory that the impetus behind all of this is that Blake was sending flirty texts to JB and RR somehow became aware of that. Then she had to figure out a way to look innocent, so she trash talked JB to RR. RR believed it and struck out against JB to defend his wife. At this point, I find this all really plausible.
I want to know Taylor's involvement in all this. It's going to be more than people think. |
I love how neutral lawyers reporting on this case who are actually looking at the details inadvertently end up arguing in favor of Justin because they realize how weak Blake's claims are. |
I think rumors like this are silly because it's so obviously what people *hope* is what happened, because it sounds salacious and involves the maximum number of very famous people to the greatest extent possible. I think generally people read a lot more "flirtation" into everything these people do -- the texts, the emails, the behavior on set. I think this is just how these people behave and that Hollywood is full of fake people who gush all over each other all the time and it doesn't mean anything at all. Which isn't an argument in favor of anyone but just what I think to be a more realistic understanding of the language and tone of all these communications. |
I think Blake was using Taylor. She probably asked Taylor to come by and vouch for her. Thats something friends do and not some crazy theory or conspiracy. |
If those were supposed to be flirty texts, she’s not very good at it. |
The red flags were flying when she never included him as a defendant in the NY suit. It was speculated that anything re:him astroturfing was yanked from that case because her side was doing thr same thing, but I guess it's equally plausible they just didn't really know what or if he was involved. I actually think this guy has a fairly solid case against her and I agree with this lawyer that Blake's lawyer is behaving questionably. |
Sometimes I think this too but then Taylor allegedly demanded the composer be fired. |
I think if Taylor Swift had any meaningful involvement in this mess, she and her people will see to it that the case goes away before it comes out. When it comes to her image and brand she does not play. |
I don't really think it was "flirting" but I think they were close. The timeline aligns that everything seemed pretty good via texts while Ryan was away filming in Australia and didn't explode til he and Blake were back together in NY during the strike. Also coincided with Ryan tearing Justin a new one at their place. I can believe the language and tone is pretty normal, especially from Baldonis side, but did Ryan perceive it that way? |
Absolutely she would have put it in the complaint of her had. Their texts, followed by taking offense at anything he said, are truly bizarre. |
She can't force Blake and Ryan to settle and they're obviously up for the fight. She doesn't seem worried at all so I bet her involvement is quite limited |
Do you think the fact that he's suing her shows that the things he planted about Blake, if at all, weren't that bad since he'd have to show his hands in court? Or what can you glean from this? |
That's kind of Blake's whole MO. See: bump interview. |
There is no way Jed is going to survive discovery. They're going to tear into his previous clients and astroturfing. Maybe he's looking for a quick settlement. |
I love how supposedly neutral lawyers and others who just want to talk about the legal aspects of this case inevitably descend into gossipy comments about how Blake was using Taylor or tricked Ryan into a jealous fugue state. |
