The red flags were flying when she never included him as a defendant in the NY suit. It was speculated that anything re:him astroturfing was yanked from that case because her side was doing thr same thing, but I guess it's equally plausible they just didn't really know what or if he was involved.

I actually think this guy has a fairly solid case against her and I agree with this lawyer that Blake's lawyer is behaving questionably.[/quote]

Do you think the fact that he's suing her shows that the things he planted about Blake, if at all, weren't that bad since he'd have to show his hands in court? Or what can you glean from this?[/quote]
