Why would that be relevant? Wouldn’t they be able to figure out what he did or didn’t do re: Blake?

If you're talking about thegoldenhour, she does none of that. Who are you referencing?

The context of a bj doesn’t fit, so if 98% of people are interpreting this they are really reaching. I also don’t find the suppository text sexual either. Between that and the birthing video being porno, I just don’t know where people’s minds are these days.

What was the suppository text?

Baldoni: “I like sentimental Blake.”

Lively: “Never met her.”

Baldoni: “I also like a—hole Blake, don’t worry.”

Lively: “I’ve met her. So have my suppositories.”

This is so weird and crass.

Both BL and RR seem to think their crass innuendo is somehow clever. It’s not, it’s just cringeworthy and tiresome.

AND, she was inviting him to come run lines with her WHILE she was pumping. She seems to like to talk about her body parts in the hopes that she’s titillating him. It’s really nice to see that he never rises to the bait.

It is okay to normalize pumping milk to feed your baby. Men can handle that. It’s not sexual.

No - he did not

That’s what I find so interesting and frankly, gratifying about all of this. He seems to be the straight-man, so to speak, throughout all of these weird and borderline inappropriate texts with both of them. He never responds in kind, just keeps things pleasant and professional. I am more and more impressed with him as this whole ridiculous case progresses. It would be so sweet if he actually did win and they had to pay him big bucks. Might even make others think twice before filing frivolous lawsuits.

I had never heard of him before this movie and must confess that I was repulsed by him at first - probably because I wasn’t separating him from the slimy character he played in the movie. He seems to be a decent person IRL.

Then she had to figure out a way to look innocent, so she trash talked JB to RR. RR believed it and struck out against JB to defend his wife. At this point, I find this all really plausible.

I want to know Taylor's involvement in all this. It's going to be more than people think.

I think Blake was using Taylor. She probably asked Taylor to come by and vouch for her. Thats something friends do and not some crazy theory or conspiracy.

Exactly. She probably made it sound very innocuous - “Hey, come by and tell Justin how great my ideas for the movie are!” And Taylor was probably happy to do it, not realizing that it would appear she was teaming up to railroad Justin. I bet she’s kicking herself now. I wonder if they’re still friends (BL and TS).

Because they can say he has history of astroturfing, therefore get access to his messages/documents with past clients to lay out that history. That stuff wouldn't be protect. Just like the discovery will extend to Blake's famous friends and her companies, it will extend to Jed's clients. Discovery will be brutal.

Sometimes I think this too but then Taylor allegedly demanded the composer be fired.

I think that was just another conspiracy theory and didn’t actually happen.

She can't force Blake and Ryan to settle and they're obviously up for the fight. She doesn't seem worried at all so I bet her involvement is quite limited

Sure, I agree. But don’t invite someone to come hang out with you while you’re breastfeeding and then claim sexual harassment.

This isn't a crazed Pro-Baldoni account, she's always been even-keeled, and even in this video she's questioning Lively's lawyers even though she says they have a good reputation.

The red flags were flying when she never included him as a defendant in the NY suit. It was speculated that anything re:him astroturfing was yanked from that case because her side was doing thr same thing, but I guess it's equally plausible they just didn't really know what or if he was involved.

I actually think this guy has a fairly solid case against her and I agree with this lawyer that Blake's lawyer is behaving questionably.

Do you think the fact that he's suing her shows that the things he planted about Blake, if at all, weren't that bad since he'd have to show his hands in court? Or what can you glean from this?

The statement from Lively’s lawyers. What sexual harassment is she talking about?

"This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation and the abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim. This is what experts call DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse Victim Offender," the team said in a statement. "In short, while the victim focuses on the abuse, the abuser focuses on the victim. The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively's complaint, and it will fail."

So desperate and sad. Blake and her team are like out of touch boomers. If you think DCUM is "harsh" you outta see TikTok. She and Ryan are being roasted in hyper viral posts...organically.
