The person upthread was wrong. He was sentenced for TWO charges - each including a possibility of 20 years in prison.

My guess is his lawyers will ask for him to serve these concurrently. Does he have priors or did he use any sort of weapon during the incidences? If not, that request will likely be granted.

One of the charges is included in the other.. 20 years max. They did both charges in case the jury only went for the ‘lesser’ charge.

I doubt it.

It's unfortunately really common in large isolated families. Not to this extent, especially not after childhood, the way Josh Duggar has continued. But in childhood, when children are going through puberty, and the only other children around are siblings, then things happen.

Except he's not been found guilty of assault charges. Pornography charges don't need a weapon or a prior conviction.
