I think many liberals are outraged - just like many others - at the way Smollett has been treated with kid gloves.

Heck, even Rahm Emmanuel called out Kim Foxx for her decision.

The problem was that so many people jumped on this story and condemned Trump supporters without waiting for the full story. And, this was just weeks after the whole Covington Catholic story that went off the rails.

I was the person who posted (on page 1 of this thread) the bolded below. As you can see, I was mocked for my post. People are so quick to believe crazy stories as long as they jive with their stereotypes.
Mr. Steele did express his skepticism (see page 1). Others..... not so much.
