The expert said if LE is at all suspicious, they usually will get a search warrant, instead of relying on a consensual search, because it holds up better later in court.

You can infer from this that since the search of daughter Annie's house was consensual, that LE isn't highly suspicious of her or her husband the "SIL".

And there’s also goes along with what the sheriff said last Friday that Internet rumors can ruin peoples lives.

And the sister and BIL haven't lawyered up as far as I can tell. They don't appear guilty to me. What exactly are people pointing to to suggest otherwise?

Annie’s demeanor in the first video was odd.

Wasn’t something brought up about bil gambling debt?

That’s not substantiated anywhere credible. However, BiL plays bass in a Tucson band with a guy who is an ex con (charges for burglary, theft, embezzlement) and another guy who is a public defender. One of their albums is called Life:Love:Love:Murder.

BIL is a poet and middle school teacher as well.

I heard that the last ransom date ended tonight at 5PM (PST.)

I hope Nancy is safe - but I do not think she is.

Didn’t she require daily medicine in order to survive??
If so >> we are now on 9 days without it.

+ 💯

Ashley Banfield is so confident with her “high ranking” source in law enforcement.

She makes it seem like they have basically pinpointed the BIL as the suspect already.

I was going to post this yesterday, but I keep getting accused of posting rumors!

I'm haunted by Tomasso's appearance.

Sounds like Nancy was a great mother.

She thought she was having a wholesome dinner and family game night.

Some clarification on the church friend notifying AG when NG didn't show up for church.

Apparently, since Covid times, NG and a few friends would gather at one of their houses and watch the stream of a NYC church that SG attends. When NG did not show up at the friend's house to watch the service, the friend contacted the sister AG.

This has not been confirmed by LE yet in a press briefing.

Another comment on another board asked if this was a birthday dinner for Nancy as her birthday was 1/27. If it was a birthday dinner, how interesting that none of her friends attended or other family members.

Not odd. “Hey mom, dh and I would love to take you out for dinner for your bday.”

Lawyering up would make them look super guilty

What? Her sister lives in NY and idk about you but I don’t take my parents friends out for their birthdays. We celebrate with my parents. It’s not unusual for my siblings and I to separate celebrations based on our individual families schedules

Exactly. This is how my in-laws are. Dh and siblings tend to celebrate their birthdays with them separately instead of a big gathering. They don’t get together for each other’s birthdays at all. I don’t know why. My parents like to gather everyone for one big dinner for everyone’s birthdays. Everyone is different.

You idiot, they see her all the time. Multiple times a week if not each day.
