I agree, it’s a real failure of the courts. But I would expect that they’re doing more investigations. Hell, Mo Brooks admitted it was a conspiracy to overthrow the government and Trump was in on it. Insurrection, sedition, treason - all these apply.

Big thread with more of what the House is looking for. Communications between White House or agencies and Kraken nutjobs; any discussion of martial law or the Insurrection Act; 25th Amendment mentions; attempts to remain in office; stopping or delaying transition meetings; removal of Chris Krebs; anything having to do with Charles Flynn or that f*cker Kash Patel; etc. etc. etc.
