Kristin is from the OC. Orange County is widely known to be very Republican.

She only lived there for 3-4 years. She was sent to her dad when she was 14. She lived outside of Chicago up until then. That said, I definitely think she is a Trump supporter.

They have a prenup. Wouldn’t child support be provided for in there since they had kids before the prenup was written? Kids are 7-4. I’m sure she’ll get a decent chunk for them because he’s going to take care of his kids. But she’s not getting full custody of them. I think he’ll fight her for shared custody. They also already have his and hers houses so no need to worry about where to live. Altho I don’t think she’ll be happy long-term about having to stay in TN.

The 'her' house has been on the market since 2018. Its 20,000 square feet. There's no way a single mom with questionable income and two stores to pay rent on can afford a) the mortgage, and b) the upkeep.

I don't care how 'calculating' she is. She made a mistake by painting him as the primary parent in a reality tv show while travel records will show she spent the majority of her time away at events and openings. On top of the fact that they signed a pre-nup and have only been married 7 years?

She didn't even hit the 10 year mark which gets her extra benefits legally and in most prenup agreements.

Jay may or may not be as good as she is at seeing work-arounds but that's what an ace team of lawyers is for and he can afford them.

How do you know she’s been away from home the majority of the time? That’s not even been a point on the show.

Also, isn’t the 10-years of marriage rule only important in community property states? For example it doesn’t net you anything in VA.

The last owners filled it in. Also they seriously made BANK on that house. Purchased for $420,000 in 2004. Maybe just the land - but even so?
