Thank you Democratic Party for shooting yourself in both feet. Trump 2020 looks like a sure thing.

Agree. It is embarrassing.

And the detention centers are NOT concentration camps. It’s truly abhorrent that Democrats are actually comparing any of this to the Holocaust.

It’s even more abhorrent that Republicans are sepersting children from their parents and placing them in crowded disease ridden concentration camps, and allowing them to die from communicable diseases, including typhus.

https://www.sltrib.com/news/2019/06/24/migrant-child-held-texas/

And don’t get me started on making human beings drink from toilets.

What is the difference between Anne Frank and kids being held in cages at the border again? Besides the fact that the Nazis were humane enough to provide water?

It’s a crime against humanity, and I pray that it ends with politicians and political appointees being held in overcrowded cells at The Hague.

No one is taking your melodrama and histrionics seriously, just so you know. The “toilet water” story was proven to be a lie - there is a sink on top of the toilet which provides potable water. Check your facts. No one was told to actually drink out of a toilet, though it sure did stoke the outrage machine, didn’t it?

As for the rest of your nonsense, not one of these immigrants has been forced into a detention camp. They knew exactly what they were getting into when they decided to claim “asylum.” However, they probably thought they’ be released into the country right away - gosh, I wonder who fed them that misinformation??

As for the children being held, many were unaccompanied to begin with - and sick before they even got here. Why aren’t you condemning Mexico for not providing care for these unaccompanied minors?? What is Mexico’s part in all of this? Why do you continue to blame BP for the condition these children arrive in, and not their parents or other adults they were traveling with?

And finally, the detention centers are far beyond capacity at this point. Where do you suggest BP place all of these people - who *continue* coming? Why aren’t you taking some families into your OWN home?

Regarding the "toilet water" story: There was a sink above the toilet. And it didn't work. That's why they had to get water from the toilet.

And, AOC's "story" was that the CPB agents TOLD the women to drink from the toilet. Even though, AOC wasn't present to hear any discussion. She refused to tour the facility. Yet, she testified to this story last week.
How can we possibly believe her? Who said it didn't work? AOC?

Not believing it happened...........

The agent on scene said the congresswoman misrepresented why a person in custody had drunk from a toilet.

“So this is what happened with the migrant and drinking water from toilet: she wanted water, didn’t know how to use the faucet in the cell, and drank from the toilet. She never told AOC that we made her drink from the toilet. AOC, of course, changed it … This was when she [the migrant] was apprehended and brought into the facility,” according to the agent.

We REALLY miss the days when liberals believed in supporting our immigration laws.
And, that wasn't too long ago.
I could post clip after clip of video of Obama, Schumer, and even HRC discussing how our borders must be enforced and our border policies must be adhered to.

Guess this is an attempt by the Democrats to import more future voters since they can't seem to get them the legal way.

And, BTW - we are compassionate. And, we also believe in the rule of law.
As long as these people enter illegally and stay when they have been ordered to leave, we are less able to support more immigrants who choose to come the legal way and abide by our laws.

You are full of sh*t. Was Mike Pence compassionate as he crossed his arms and refused to acknowledge the men in cages at the border? Waere Lindsey Graham or Mike Lee? Is separating kids from their parents— and then losing the parents— compassionate? How about jamming kids in cages meant to hold 1/3 of occupants. With no showers or cots. 24 hour light and sleep if you can on the concrete floor. Conditions we don’t impose of murderers in the Us criminal justice system. Is making young teens taking care of sick babies who don’t get clean diapers compassionate? Telling women to drink out of the toilet? Do compassionate people stand up in Court and argue that safe and sanitary conditions for children do not include soap and a toothbrush? Do compassionate federal government officials run secret FB groups making fun of dead migrant toddlers.

You don’t seem to get it. Liberals are not upset that immigration laws are being enforced. They are upset that they are being enforced in the cruelest, most inhumane and most dangerous manner imaginable. That this Administration literally looked at their immigration procedures and said— deporting and enforcing the law isn’t enough. What can we do to make human beings suffer to the greatest extent possible? That this administration is going out of its way to house children in unsafe, unclean and dangerous conditions to punish their parents.

You can enforce the law without unnecessary and gratuitous cruelty. But then what would Stephen Miller have to jerk off to?

I never thought I would see the rise of the Christian Left. But, here we are.
